1. Who is responsible
Both websites are maintained by Flowers Clinic (CNPJ, the Brazilian company tax ID: 52.170.988/0001-30), the advanced aesthetics clinic of Dr. Flora Martinez, aesthetic biomedical scientist (CRBM 15.849), located at R. 2. What data we collect and why
- Newsletter: your name (optional) and your email address, when you subscribe. We use this to send clinic updates, on average once every four or five months. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- WhatsApp contact: clicking the WhatsApp buttons takes you to the app. The website does not receive what you write. Any information you send stays with WhatsApp and with our team, so we can respond to your request and schedule your appointment.
- Browsing data: IP address, pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, via Site Kit, and Microsoft Clarity). We use this to understand how the website is used and to improve it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website, and your consent when required.
- Embedded third-party services: the Google Maps map, Google reviews and other third-party content may collect data in accordance with those companies’ own privacy policies.
3. Health data
This website does not collect health data, photos or clinical information. Such data is handled only during in-person appointments, with its own consent form and under professional confidentiality.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use cookies that are necessary for the website to function, as well as analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website may then work in a limited way.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary for the website to function (hosting, email delivery and analytics), who follow data protection rules, and when required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation that we process your data, as well as access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent, among other rights set out in Article 18 of the LGPD. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (HTTPS), access control, updates and backups.
9. Children and teenagers
